All event registrations are final and non-refundable. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Once your spot is confirmed, no refunds or credits will be issued, including for cancellations or no-shows. You may transfer your ticket to another person if you cannot attend. In rare emergencies, please contact us — while refunds cannot be guaranteed, each situation is reviewed with care.
