EVENT CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

All event registrations are final and non-refundable.

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Once your spot is confirmed, no refunds or credits will be issued for any reason, including cancellation or non-attendance.
You may transfer your ticket to another person if you cannot attend.

In rare cases of unforeseen emergencies, please contact us directly. While refunds cannot be guaranteed, each situation will be reviewed with care.
