Organic Sulfur Crystals - a Minimum of 99% Pure MSM. A Premium Organo-Sulfur Supplement.
Start your Organic Sulfur Protocol between 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon (or as recommended by your health care practitioner), upto 2 times daily, with or without food. If you are on medications, always take 1-2 hours before or after medications.
Best way to take:
Add your crystals to a small glass with 1-2 ounces of filtered water, or juice. Swirl/stir then swallow in one serving. The taste taste is bitter so juice or citrus can help with the taste. You can also add to hot water or coffee.
NOTE: Crystals can be swallowed whole or dissolved in hot water.
