Apple Pancake Mix 9 Grains

Flours (oat, buckwheat, whole wheat, white, white corn, rye, barley, spelt, tapioca starch), natural dehydrated apples, golden brown sugar, aluminum-free baking powder. Contains: Gluten (wheat, oat, rye, and barley).

You will need:

2 eggs
2 tablespoons (30 ml) of canola oil (or melted butter)
1 1/2 cups of milk (375 ml)

1. Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl.

2. Pour 1/4 cup (60 ml) of the mixture into a hot, lightly oiled skillet.

3. Flip the pancakes during cooking.

Makes about 12-15 little pancakes. 

May contain traces of dairy products, sesame seeds, soy, eggs, peanuts, and nuts.
