Neck Castor Oil Pack

Step 1:Apply 1 tsp of Organic Castor Oil (sold separately) to your pack (or apply directly on the neck area).

Step 2:Place the Pack over your neck area and adjust the strap in place (not too tight!).

Wear for 1 hour daily.
